Yoga.

My aim is for people to feel empowered and strong in absolutely every sense of the words. You'll find my classes sensitively balance both technique and creativity so that you come away feeling like you've really learnt something, but also at the same time having the opportunity to just get lost in the practice too. Expect clarity and precision, anatomically informed teaching, good music, heart-felt philosophy, no dogma, a little sweat, a lot of warmth. 

About.

I live and teach in Glasgow, but I am originally from Oxfordshire then London. While I love yoga, I also just love simple, intelligent movement and functional training too. Before I moved into full time yoga teaching I worked in public affairs and PR for several years. A desire for some change and further study brought me up to the city I now live in to do a Psychology masters. My personal and professional paths have and continue to inform my teaching. I am extremely proud to be a yoga ambassador for lululemon, a brand that does a lot for the yoga and fitness community in Glasgow.

Retreats.

 1-2-1.

I love teaching private 1-2-1 and small group yoga sessions.  Benefits include checking in with alignment,  working on specific postures and/or strengthening/opening specific areas of the body,  supporting injury management, or just getting to have a class in the comfort of your own home and schedule. These sessions are completely bespoke and prices vary dependent on location, time, and needs. Contact me if you are keen.

 

Workplace.
